Heads up Northbound Travelers - I5 closed last night

News reports (video beow and Article HERE) that I-5 is closed at the Samish Way exit, so cars are being diverted. Chuckanut Drive reopened last night at midnight, but there is alerts for continued possibility due to the heavy rains this week.

We will continue to monitor and stay in touch with parks and land managers and keep this website updated.

Runners - be prepared that we may not allow crews to drive Chuckanut Drive. This decision is yet to be made, but if you were counting on a crew, please prepare mentally and otherwise that you may not have crew and our aid stations will take care of those needs.
