Volunteers NEEDED, swag rewarded.

We have 28 volunteer positions that need filling for the quickly approaching race day. There are some short shifts that get you in the park and/or along the course able to cheer on runners. And a couple of RD treasured clean up people that bring in the final energy surge to help us leave the park better than we found it. The Volunteer Info Page shares a bit about the day and has a link to sign up. Please encourage a friend to help out race day - you can let them know we always swag out our volunteers!

Positions we are looking to fill:

I put in rough shift times, actual times will be confirmed on the app.

  • 3 volunteers - Western parking monitor. shift- 6am-8:30am

  • 6 volunteers - for 3 different 2-3 hour time slots for Fairhaven Parking.

  • 2 volunteers - morning set up. 5am-8am

  • 4 volunteers - for 2 different time slots for drop bag tent. AM shift 6-8:15am. PM shift 11:15am-4pm.

  • 2-3 volunteers - clean up. 3:30pm-6pm.

  • 2 volunteers - 20th street crossing guard. 7:30am-8:30am

  • 2 volunteers - 22nd street crossing guard. 7:30am-8:30am

  • 4 volunteers - for 2 different time slots for Old Samish Way crossing guard. 7:30-9am. and 10:45am-3pm.

  • 2 volunteers - cleator road crossing guard. 7:45am-9am.

  • 1 volunteer - 100 acre woods course marshal 11am-4pm.
