The Chuckanut 50k is a lollipop course.  The first and last 10k repeat on the interurban trail, smooth running to start and finish you off.  The middle 30k is what this race is known for as you get to climb (5000ft), traverse and descend the beautiful Chuckanut Mountain Ridge.  In 2017 we will celebrate the 25th running of this classic event.

The Chuckanut 50k works with USATF for insurance and is a sanctioned USATF Event

Chuckanut 50k applies for insurance through USAT&F.  In 2017, the race will be a 50k Worlds qualifying race for Team USA. For more information check out our race update post about Team Selection.


The Conservation Alliance is near and dear to RD Krissy Moehl.  She was hired as the 2nd staff person in 2008 and continues to support the Alliance as a member company since moving on to the athlete life in 2010.
